1. SaaS Service Agreement
By accessing or using GeoExtract (gmapextractor.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. GeoExtract provides location intelligence extraction tools for commercial lead generation, market research, and directory indexing.
2. Permitted SaaS Usage & Quota Limits
GeoExtract grants users a limited, non-exclusive license to query public business location data. Free accounts are limited to 2 total extractions (up to 20 leads per request). Pro tier subscribers (₹149/month via PayU) receive 10 daily extractions and unlimited leads per request. Excessive automated scraping or API key abuse is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments & Subscription Renewals
Pro plan payments are securely processed through PayU. All subscription fees are billed in Indian Rupees (INR). You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account settings or support desk.
4. Acceptable Use & Compliance
Users must adhere to Google Places Data Terms of Service and applicable privacy regulations. Extracted contact data is intended strictly for legitimate B2B sales outreach, market research, and commercial business indexing.
